Pinnacle Contracting, LLC completed this $8,100,000 MSHDA Rehabilitation Project consisting of 241 Senior Apartments and Family Town Houses.The project entailed complete restoration of concrete balconies, community room addition, parking lot addition, office renovations, main copper domestic water piping replaced with HPEX, new UNIT doors, kitchens, flooring, tub/showers, windows, siding and extensive electrical and mechanical upgrades.
